José has 23 years of entrepreneurial and management experience in customer service, operations, safety and security, business and commercial development, and contract negotiations/administration with start-up and emerging organizations.
Currently, José is Vice President, Airports and Operations Control for the start-up international LCC funded by ANA, the Innovation Network Company of Japan (INCJ) and First Eastern Investments of Hong Kong, Peach Aviation Limited (dba "Peach"). José was recruited and joined as a founding executive of the company in March of 2011 and has responsibility for all airport operations and customer service management, security compliance, and the Company Operations Control Center (dispatch, schedule management, etc)
Immediately prior to joining the Peach Aviation Limited team, José was Director of Airport Development, Products and Services at Star Alliance Services, GmbH. In this role, José was responsible for all airport facility integration projects for the largest airline alliance in the world and had direct responsibility for the Alliance's worldwide "Move under one Roof" airport co-location initiatives, global alliance airport teams, and Star Alliance lounges.
From 2005-2008, José served as Director, Service Operations & Security of All-Premium Eos Airlines in New York. At Eos, José was responsible for all airport operations and customer service management, cargo operations, security compliance, and guest satisfaction throughout the planning, certification, opening for business and operation of the company.
